Tour Start
The adventure begins with pickup from your hotel between 07:30 and 08:00.
Chinchero
Our first stop will be Chinchero. We will visit a traditional textile center to learn about their ancestral dyeing techniques using natural ingredients.
On the Way to Moray
We continue the journey (approx. 40 min) to Maras. We will stop at the Raqchi viewpoint for views of the Sacred Valley. Then we will explore the Moray archaeological site and its famous agricultural terraces, which create unique microclimates.
Maras Salt Mines
Our next visit is the Salt Mines. An impressive set of more than 3,000 active pools that descend down the hillside, creating a visually unique landscape.
Urubamba and Lunch
We will take the bus to Urubamba, capital of the Sacred Valley, where we will enjoy our buffet lunch.
Seminario Ceramics
After lunch we will visit Seminario Ceramics. We will see their exhibition rooms with handcrafted art pieces by local artisans. On our return we will drop you in the city center so you can continue exploring Cusco.
